OUR TRUE BEGINNINGS SPARK
FROM THE SMALL VILLAGE OF ALEY

TOUFIC’S LEGACY

Toufic Haddad’s journey began in the small village of Aley, Lebanon, where the aroma of freshly baked bread brought people together. Instilled with the values of tradition, family, and community through his culture, Toufic carried these principles with him to Australia, laying the foundation for Yum Yum Bakery.

Through dedication and an unwavering commitment to his roots, Toufic created a bakery that became a beloved cornerstone of the Lebanese community in Sydney. His passion for crafting authentic, heartwarming food is a legacy now carried forward by his son, Najib, and the next generation.

TODAY, YUM YUM BAKERY CONTINUES TO HONOUR TOUFIC’S LEGACY, BLENDING OLD TRADITIONS WITH NEW IDEAS, AND SERVING FOOD INFUSED WITH THE SAME LOVE AND WARMTH THAT STARTED IT ALL.

PUSHING TRADITIONAL BOUNDARIES

WE HONOUR OUR HERITAGE WHILE DARING TO INNOVATE, CREATING NEW FLAVOURS AND EXPERIENCES THAT RESONATE WITH BOTH LONG-TIME PATRONS AND THE NEXT GENERATION. IT’S ABOUT RESPECTING THE PAST WHILE BOLDLY EMBRACING THE FUTURE.
